It was a packed house in Sandpoint, Idaho at the Washington Elementary School 6th grade commencement, on Tuesday June 9, 2009. They look forward to 7th grade and Middle School but first delivered some well-chosen words as they reflected on their time at Washington with an outstanding collection of teachers, a top admin staff, a wonderful Principal (I think she knows every single kid by name), with a top flight maintenance team and a cafeteria staff that sometimes gives the cute Dad’s 2 peanut butter cookies (smile).
Thank you one and all for caring about our kids, their personal progress, their personal development, and for providing us parents (me) with some outstanding cues to reinforce what you teach and for creating a partnership with us to benefit our children. We are truly blessed. The pictures I took today are on my facebook page and you may email me at DYoung6962@aol.com for originals in the much, much, larger size. The pictures are free to all. Congratulations to the parents!
