This 18 hour event is done annually at the Bonner County Fairgrounds to raise money for the American Cancer Society to provide services and support to Cancer Suvivors here in Sandpoint, Idaho. Please consider joining the team or making a five dollar donation to our team site at http://main.acsevents.org/goto/virtualreality If you are not going to be in Sandpoint then our virtual team is the perfect way to stay connected. If you are here and not on a team then you might consider going to a late movie, meal, and then drop by the fairgrounds and walk the number of laps that is equal to the years you have been married and healthy or the number of laps that adds up to the ages of your children combined. Just walk, hold hands, and be thankful for your health and your children's health. It is a great way to lend support to the event and the people participating and it will not cost you a cent. Just some time. Time to be mindful of what each of us has and not what we are lacking. I guarantee you that you will see people you know and maybe just make some new friends.
