Broken Together - Unity Concert Tour Kickoff May 9th

Kristine Oliver from Broken Together bandUsing your God given talent to change the lives of people on their spiritual journey is a blessing beyond my imagination.   To be able to celebrate a living God and share the Good News by channeling your passion through the music and lyrics is a gift that has been embraced by a group friends that are collectively known as the band:  Broken Together.   Why has there been over 2 million views of their myspace music site and nearly 85,000 have listened to just one of their songs?

Most of know Kristine Oliver and many of us have experienced her voice which always reminds me of a beautiful instrument.   I think about that line right before zipitty do dah on the Disney soundtrack , where the bear says:  I can’t open my mouth with a song coming right out.   Kristine uses her gift to entertain and inspire and she has some very accomplished people in her band family.   Kevin Merwin plays the drums, Tommy Fedak on lead guitar, Larry Curtright has the keyboard, Casy Bostock is the bass player and Nate Cropper is guitar and backup vocalist.

Broken Together is about to kickoff their regional “Unity Tour”.   Their first Unity Tour Concert will be May 9th at First Christian Church at 7:00 pm.   Stop reading and put that on your calendar right now and then email a bunch of friends to join you for a night of worship and music.   Tickets are available at Sandpoint Title Insurance at 120 South Second Avenue (across the street from Litehouse and kitty corner (nearly) from the Hydra Restaurant.  Check out the website, purchase a CD, and  preorder the new CD.   Buy 2 CD’s and have Kristine Oliver autograph one and keep it until the bands really famous and then you can auction it off to benefit the Bonner County Food Bank, Sandpoint Senior Center Home Delivered Meals, Wishing Star, Love Inc., or some other worthy cause in Sandpoint.   It’s the gift that will keep on giving!

Over 2 million views on their music myspace page and the track “Revelation Song” has had nearly 85,000 hits as hundreds of people listen to their music every day.  Get onboard with a myspace add or follow on Twitter as the band breaks loose from Sandpoint in the name of Unity.  Contact Jake Oliver at jake.oliver@sandpointtitle.com for more ticket and event details.    P.S.  and she can paint!   Just ask my son Alex!
