Fireworks are not just for married couples anymore! PRIEST RIVER goes off at dusk at Bonner Park West. OLDTOWN/NEWPORT brings the noise with Hydroplane Boat Races on July 4, 5, and 6th at Rotary Park on the Pend Oreille River. PRIEST LAKE celebrates America’s birthday with fireworks at Luby Bay and oddly enough they will start at dusk. You Scream, I Scream, We all Scream for ICE CREAM. Ice Cream Social at COOLIN Civic Center and the bombs bursting in air at Cavanaugh Bay at 10:30 pm on the 4th of July. Fireworks in Sandpoint, Idaho start at dusk at City Beach and REMEMBER … NO CARS … walk to City Beach.
Kids Parade in Sandpoint, Idaho starts at 9:00 a.m. at the City Parking lot just one block north of Rainbow Realty in downtown Sandpoint. The
main street parade with the theme “United We Stand” begins at 10:00 a.m. and will run about 90 minutes. Traffic will be diverted through town so arrive early.
Please be safe and sane! We have a great hospital and the last thing you want to do is give them a finger. Ouch.
